Scaling a kids language learning program nationally



Bilingual Birdies provides schools with music-based language learning programs. While they had been widely successful in New York City – partnering with dozens of pre-schools craving their curriculum and language teachers – they struggled to scale and expand outside of New York. Brandmates served as part strategy consultant and part marketing partner to evaluate paths to scale and roll out a licensee program allowing bilingual musicians to get certified and launch their
own Bilingual Birdies business. Today, the program is live in more than 15 cities
and 3 countries.
