DocJuris built one of the leading AI-powered contract management platforms — enabling organizations to generate, edit, store, and analyze contracts with proactive AI recommendations that align agreements with company policy.
The product was years ahead of the competition. But prospective buyers couldn't quickly understand what DocJuris did or why it was better. Brandmates was brought in starting with deep customer research and ending with a fully rebuilt web and messaging system that unlocked a new level of pipeline performance.

A definitive messaging framework built from customer insight up.
Developed positioning statement, brand attributes, value proposition, and proof points — all grounded
in what customers said, not what the product team assumed. Clear enough for a cold email. Credible enough for a Series A pitch.
03 — Web & product design
Full site redesign and simplified product UI that converted visitors into demos.
Redesigned the website with evolved brand guidelines and a simplified product UI — balancing enough detail to build confidence without overwhelming first-time visitors.
