Background

GoodLab provides fractional sustainability consultants – or Chief Sustainability Officers – for midsize businesses. In order to scale its business, the company looked to productize the initial ESG (environmental, social and governance) audit, industry benchmarking, and recommendations that they provide to clients. GoodLab engaged Brandmates to design the end-to-end user experience and final product. We helped set the vision for how this disruptive new platform could collect, analyze and present company data in a way that would maximize engagement and action from its users.

Scope

Design user flows and end-to-end user experience
Expand on client’s brand guide to set product design standards for interactions, iconography, typography, etc.
Provide high-fidelity design for 20+ product pages
Identify and implement methods to incentivize continued user action (e.g., “empty-state” product, progress guides, save and return, etc.)
Identify technical product development partner and facilitate contracting for product development.
